Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how you can cancel an order with Nektargrid. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, email us as soon as possible at info@nektargrid.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation".
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including any delivery charges, to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of confirming your cancellation.
As we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will reach us before your order is dispatched.
Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer stop it. Instead, you can use your 14-day right to cancel once you receive the items.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Simply follow the steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Changing Your Order
If you would like to change your order, such as the size, colour or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched. If changes are not possible, you can cancel the order and place a new one.
Cancellations by Us
We may need to cancel an order in some cases, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we will let you know and issue a full refund for any payment you have made.
Refunds
All refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra working days for the refund to appear in your account.
