Welcome to Nektargrid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website nektargrid.com and to any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gouter Life Ltd trading as Nektargrid. "You" and "your" refer to the person using our website or placing an order.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, is fraudulent or harmful, or interferes with the website's operation or security.
We aim to keep our website available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update, suspend or change any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
4. Products and Descriptions
We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and small differences in size, fabric or finish may occur. Size guides are provided for guidance only.
All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment made for that item.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full card details.
6. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment you have made in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates only, and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.
8. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, please contact us at info@nektargrid.com with your order number. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.
We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof that you have sent them back). Unless stated otherwise in our Returns Policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We may reduce your refund if the items have been handled more than necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned once the seal or hygiene protection has been removed, unless they are faulty.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@nektargrid.com as soon as possible, ideally with photos. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for any business losses. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use only. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier delays or technical failures. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it and your rights under UK data protection law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Please check this page regularly for any changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
